The chateau was created with the reconstruction of a former fortress by Kašpare Rotmberk of Ketř. Later on Jan Lescourant had it rebuilt in Baroque style. During World War II it was serverely damaged and all subsequent restoration work only focused on purpose and cultural use. https://czecot.com/
