Fort outpost built in 1885 - 1890 рр. forces chief of engineering management at the War Department of the Russian Empire. At the center quadrilateral in terms of the fort was a two-story barracks for commercial, warehouse and living quarters of the garrison, consisting of an artillery company and state commandant of the fort.
