Originally a Gothic stronghold was at the beginning of the 17th century rebuilt into a four-wing Renaissance castle with a 59 m tall tower. The castle was rebuilt in Classicist style in 1833 – 34. After a fire in 1915 it was adapted in pseudo-Renaissance style for the family Thonet.

The chateau was built at the beginning of the 18th century during the rule of the Lockner's of Lockenau. In the 1890s, it was reconstructed in a historicising style. However, the single-storey Baroque layout remained basically the same. There is a park adjacent to the chateau with certain noteworthy woody specise. The chateau is a part of the children's medical institute.

Branky Chateau

The chateau underwent extensive reconstruction in the middle of the 18th century. The old chateau was torn down and a modern chateau was built in its place in the French style of King Louis XVI. The construction was led by Brno’s architect František Antonín Grimm. The walls and copulas of the rooms are ornamented with illusive paintings from 1757, imitating rococo stucco.

Vizovice Chateau

The first reliable written reference about the castle Lukov dates back to the year 1332, during the rule of John the Blind. However, it is very likely that the castle was built in the first half of the 13th century by a Czech king. It is also believed to be mentioned by Constance of Hungary in her charter from the year 1235. The managed to reconstruct the originally Romanesque chapel in the Gothic style and built a new east palace. The castle was sieged and subsequently conquered by Matthias Corvinus in the year 1469. The Sternbergs owned the castle until the year 1516 when it was claimed by the Lords of Kunštát, who kept the castle until 1547 and started the radical reconstruction of the castle into a Renaissance fortress, followed by Lords of Landek. After the death of Lukrécie Nekeš of Landek in the year 1614, the castle was inherited by her husband, military leader and politician Albrecht von Wallenstein. During the Thirty Years' War, the castle was captured by the rebelling Valachs, who made it their base until October 1627 when they were ousted by the Imperial army. Albrecht von Wallenstein sold the castle to Štěpán Šmíd of Freyhofen in 1624. The castle was captured by the Swedes in 1643, who tore down its defences upon leaving in the same year. After this event, no significant efforts were made to reconstruct the castle. By the end of 18th century, the castle was left completely abandoned and slowly turned into a ruin.

Obřany Castle (Czech: Hrad Obřany) is a ruined castle near the town of Bystřice pod Hostýnem in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. It is classified as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.

Originally a fortress once stood in Kelč, which the brothers Jan and Beneš of Heršice had built in around the 2nd half of the 15th century, after their castle Šaumburk had been destroyed. Towards the end of the 16th century, during the rule of Bishop Stanislav Pavlovsky, the fortress was rebuilt into a Renaissance chateau,which it still remains today.

Kelč Chateau

Four-wing two-storey Renaissance chateau with a square layout, which was built by the Žerotíns in place of the original 16th century fortress. It was completed in the 18th century during the rule of the Podstatsky of Prusinovice. It was reconstructed in Baroque style in the 18th century.

Hustopeče nad Bečvou Chateau

Single-storey, rectangular chateau building which stands on the site of a former fortress. In the 19th century it was rebuilt in Empire style. A natural landscape park is located adjacent to the park. Now the building serves as a municipal office and a nursery school is located on the first floor.

Malhotice Chateau

Chateau Bystřice pod Hostýnem is found in the centre of the town and is a unique example of the gradual modernization of estates. The most famous owners of the chateau were the Laudons, who owned the chateau for 106 years. The statue of the renowned leader Ernest Gideon Laudon still decorates the chateau today. In 1897 Emperor Franz Josef I lived in the chateau.
