The castle of Borriol in the province of Castellón is a fortitude which origins might be Roman, with structures of Islamic and medieval architecture, which is located on a hill to the north of the population. It is probable that in Roman epoch there was talking each other about a tower watchtower that was connecting visually with other next towers and that took as a mission the safety of the August route.
