The entire manorial mansion from Manasia was re-imagined for hosting events, business or social meetings and for exquisite gastronomical experiences.
The Hagianoff mansion – an architectural monument, unique for the Urziceni area, was built at the beginning of 1899 with an eclectic style with classical and romantic architectural elements, in conformity with the designs of a Swiss architect. The mansion was built at the request of Ion Hagianoff – the former Bulgarian minister of external affairs, who took refuge in the Romanian Princedom for political reasons.
All the original stylistic details were thoroughly restored – staccatos, column heads, plaster consoles, painted and enclosed ceilings, stained glass windows, the gate and the wrought iron stairs, as well as the colored cement plates specific for the pre-war period that confer a special charm to this property.
The generous natural light, the precious decorations and also the impressive painting collection recreate the aristocratic atmosphere of the times past, in complete harmony with the functional furniture and the modern technological facilities selected for each space.

Nicu Chiroiu Manor from Borănești village, nearby Urziceni city is one of the three mansions concieved by arh. Paul Smărăndescu for the Chiroius.
The Chiroiu family stands out in the beginning of the 20th century as one of the local landlords having extensive domains in the area. As the Agrarian Reform of the 1920s is being carried out, the Chiroiu family puts into practice a common tactic to keep their lands in the family - splitting large domains in smaller ones and giving them off to relatives. Due to this, comes the neccesity of building a series of smaller country residences for each of the newly formed domains. The family comissions arh. Paul Smărăndescu for this job.
The manor of Borănești is the first built by the architect for the particular family, this being one of the largest. The domain also features along with the manor, other annex buildings. The manor has two levels and a large partial attic. Similar to other mansions the style used is neoromanian characterized by steep sloped roof and specific decorative elements (loggia, columns, open porch, wooden sculptured columns).
During the communist regime the domain was used as IAS which lead to its misuse and decay. After 1989 a consolidation and restoration process was started but never finished due to lack of funds.
Currently the new owner wants to continue the restoration and to organize a school for the community on the domain.

Nicu Chiroiu Manor

Less than 70 km away from Bucharest, in a small village that now carries its name, we find one of the most beautiful manors in the vicinity of Romania’s capital city. 
Started around 1872 and finalized in 1888, Casotta Manor is built in the style of the French rural manors of the 19th century, using architectural themes and motives inspired from the castles on the Loire Valley. Rich in decorations, the building is centred by a tall tower, with a pointy top, which offers a panoramic view over the village and the Bărăgan plain. The roof shows baroque-inspired elements, while the bannisters of the balconies and of the stairs are made of good quality cast iron. Wooden pillars, with beautiful traditional decorations, support the covered passageway connecting the main building to the servants’ house. 
In mid-19th century, Athanasie Casotta, a serdar with Aromanian origins, is the owner, while his sons, Alexandru and Procopie are mentioned as inheritors around 1870. Procopie Casotta, being a philanthropist, donates the estate to the Civil Hospitals Authority in 1910, with the obligation of using it for the construction of a hospital and a school. In the interwar period, the estate is owned by the Ministry of Education and Cults, and the building is used as a dorm for the students of the Vocational School „Procopie Casotta”. Donating the estate to a State Institution saves it from being nationalized, maintaining its function even after the Second World War. In 2006 the property becomes private and today it is in the middle of a complex restauration project. 
The manor is built on four levels: a large dry basement, with direct access from inside and also from the outside; the ground floor and the first floor, with a total of fourteen rooms and terraces; the attic with a tower and a large open-space loft that can be easily transformed in living area. 
Given the beauty of this manor, its relatively good shape, the large usable area and the generous land plot, the possible future functions can be the following: inn or pension with restaurant and wine cellar, events center, permanent or seasonal residence, museum, company or foundation headquarters.
