Over Węgorapa preserved the main walls of the castle of the Teutonic Knights from the second half of the fourteenth century. It was a convent built in the Gothic style on the set of pentagon enclosing the courtyard, had the tower. The second half of the fifteenth century was the seat of government here Teutonic, later passed into private hands. In the eighteenth century it was rebuilt in Baroque style in the residence, and in the nineteenth century. Prison burned during the war in 1945. Currently under reconstruction.
