Veauce Castle is a castle located in the territory of the municipality of Veauce in the Allier. This castle (the enclosure; the terrace facades and roofs of the whole, with the exception of those of the gatehouse) is the subject of a classification as historical monuments since August 30, 1985; the gatehouse, dating from the nineteenth century, was recorded in 1986; dependencies, namely the mansion of Nuts, the dovecote, the stud farm, the winery, dairy, home of the pack master and the kennel, were recorded in 2011.

Château de Chouvigny is a castle at Chouvigny in the Sioule valley in the Allier département of France.
Location
The castle dominates the valley of the Sioule, at a spot where the gorges, called the gorges de Chouvigny, enlarge. It is approximately 300 metres south east of the town of Chouvigny. The road which climbs from the Sioule towards the town passes behind the castle and serves as its entrance.
History
The castle is the cradle of the Chauvigny family which by marriage in the 13th century became Chauvigny de Blot. At the start of the 15th century, the castle passed by marriage to the Montmorin family, then, with the marriage in 1543 of Françoise de Montmorin and Jean Motier de La Fayette, lord of Hautefeuille, to the family of La Fayette. In the 17th century, it belonged to the great-grandson of Jean, François de La Fayette; his wife, Madame de La Fayette, stayed there.
Under the Second Empire, Chouvigny belonged to the duc de Morny.
The castle is privately owned. Unusually, for such a structure, it is not listed as a monument historique by the French Ministry of Culture.

Château de Chouvigny

The Château Rocher (or Château fort de Blot-le-Rocher) is a French castle overlooking the Sioule river valley. It is located in the commune of Saint-Rémy-de-Blot in the Puy-de-Dôme département of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes région.
The "romantic ruins of Château Rocher", standing on a cliff above the river, are the remains of a 13th-century construction, with evidence of earlier (11th century) building. The castle was built by the Lords of Bourbon. A masonry bridge crossing the moat leads to the entry door, now ruined, and the outer wall. A second wall existed in front of the two eastern towers. Three principal towers flanked the east and north fronts.
Privately owned, Château Rocher has been listed since 1913 as a monument historique by the French Ministry of Culture.

Château-Rocher

The Château de Chareil-Cintrat, also known as the Château du Bas-Chareil is a late medieval château in France. It is located near Chareil-Cintrat, in the Allier department, Auvergne.
The château was built at the end of the Middle Ages by the Chareil family. In the early 16th century it was the home of Claude Morin, contrôleur ordinaire des guerres, who commissioned the Renaissance interior decorations, after returning from military campaigns during the Italian Wars. During the French Revolution, the property was sold off by the revolutionary government. It was purchased by the Franch state on October 10, 1958, the same year in which it was classed as a monument historique. The château is now in the care of the Centre des monuments nationaux, and is open to the public. It comprises a rectangular main building, with round towers at the north-west and south-west corners.
