The manor is a four-wing two-storey building with a courtyard. The northern, additionally completed wing is single-storey. The entrance to the manor is in the east wing and above the entrance gate is the coat of arms of the Stummer family. In the corner of the east wing, a semicircular bastion has been partially preserved, part of the original fortifications of the manor. The manor also includes a chapel in the west wing at the height of the ground floor and first floor and a park in its vicinity.The facades of the building are divided by risalits, a tower and bastions. The windows originally had stone shutters, but most of the windows were remodeled. In the rooms there are ridge cross and barrel vaults with lunettes. The manor serves as a facility for social services.

The four-winged, multi-storey manor house has undergone only minor alterations and has retained its Renaissance style. It has two corner towers. From the side of the courtyard, they line the three wings of the arcade, on the second floor in the form of an open arcade corridor. The non-style restoration and modification in 1896 and 1924 highlighted the fortified character of the building in order to reconstruct the historical state in a romanticizing spirit.Coffered ceilings and stucco decoration have been preserved. In 2008, architectural and historical research was carried out. At present, the building is in a desolate state and dilapidated.

Hajná Nová Ves

The Renaissance manor house is a two-storey building with an L-type floor plan and a corner semicircular tower. The building has smooth facades, rectangular windows. The tower has pseudo-Gothic windows with a broken shutter. The facades are smooth, divided only by rectangular windows, on the tower are pseudo-Gothic windows with a broken shutter. Access to the building is from the courtyard through the entrance portal.In the ground floor rooms there are Prussian and barrel vaults, on the first floor there are flat ceilings with Empire murals of castles and chateaux. Pseudo-Gothic murals with mythological scenes in the former chapel. The exhibition includes more than 2,500 exhibits related to the Apponyi family.

Oponice manor

The manor house is a multi-storey building with a U floor plan and a courtyard. It was created by rebuilding the original Renaissance manor house with corner towers. The oldest building was a two-winged building with an L-type floor plan. The upstairs floor has a facade divided by a lysine frame. The original arcade in the courtyard was bricked up.The oldest spaces have cross, ridge and barrel renaissance vaults. After the Baroque adaptation, the Prussian and mirror vaults have been preserved. In the built-in parts from the 19th century, there are flat ceilings with stucco patterns. In the period paintings, the appearance of the interior of the extensive library with a wooden double-wing staircase has been preserved. The library, founded in 1822, contained 25,000 volumes. Today it is enriched with the collection of the Zayov Library from the manor house in Uhrovec. In addition to the historical library, there is a hotel with a restaurant in the building, which was founded here after a major reconstruction in 2007-2011.

Oponice - Apponyi mansion

The manor house was fortified with two bastions, but after reconstructions it lost its fortress character. It is a two-storey block building with a rectangular floor plan. The Renaissance period has two stages. In the first stage, the floor plan of the manor house acquired its current shape with an entrance tower. The central courtyard was surrounded by single sections on three sides and the fourth eastern side was closed by a full wall. The building was two-storey and the tower was open. In the second renaissance stage, the tower was closed and the manor house was built with an attic with round window openings. The decorative geometric decoration of the corners, the crown of the attic and the crown of the tower with sgraffito became a significant enrichment of the facades. The Baroque reconstruction later brought radical changes. The inner courtyard was built up and a staircase was added to the entrance tower from the west side. Most of the rooms were vaulted with barrel vaults with sections. In the 19th century, stone portals and window linings were probably replaced. The building received a new, mansard roof.In the 1970s, the manor house was radically repaired for plaster, roofing and wooden structures. The walls in the middle tract were removed, creating one space, the barrel vault was torn down and the space was vaulted with a false vault. In most rooms, the floors made of artificial stone were replaced, the parquet floors were removed. At present, the manor house is dilapidated, only the roof and the tower have been restored. The manor also includes an English park. In 2016, an architectural-historical research was carried out, the aim of which was to periodize building history and link them to the names of specific owners.

Nitrianska Blatnica

In the head of the castle has dominated a 12m high cylindrical tower, oriented against the access stitch in the southeast. Today it was just a stump. Behind the tower, the miniature core of the irregular ground plan was defined by a perimeter wall. The outer fortification of the castle also included a circular moat, which has been partially preserved on the SE and NW sides. The oldest known modifications include the construction of a new brick fortification. A large bastion of three-circular ground plan called Teres was built in its corner. The highest, originally extended tower from the small castle complex has not been preserved. It succumbed to the ravages of time, as did the rest of the castle complex. The latest building - the Apponyi Palace built in the 16th century - is also well visible. The exterior facade of the palace is dominated by the silhouette of the castle.The defense system consisted of an advanced terrace, whose relics indicate the presence of wood-based (bastion?) fortifications. The firing platform on the SE is protected by another moat and a wall with a semicircular roundel in the middle.

Oponice

From the beginning of the 17th century, when the mansion was built on the basis of a medieval castle, the vaulting system and continuous areas of Renaissance plaster were preserved. The floor was rebuilt and minor reconstructions were carried out, within which the facade was also restored.The mansion is a rectangular two-storey non-cellared building with a simple ground plan and two corner semicircular bastions. The basic layout of the building consists of a constructional and layout two-wing in the north-south direction. On the facade, facing the already defunct park, there is a central bay with a triangular gable from the Renaissance reconstruction. In front of it is a balcony with a forged lattice, supported by a console on two pairs of Tuscan columns.In December 2010, its reconstruction began, financed from the Regional Operational Program, in order to improve the quality of services of the unused cultural monument through its reconstruction and procurement of equipment. At present there is a museum.

Nové Sady

The remains of the water castle have been preserved in the structures and below the level of the courtyard. Its first appearance from the 13th century consisted of a residential tower built on a slight hill in the courtyard of today's mansion. Later, in 14-15. In the 19th century, a longitudinal palace was added to the tower and the whole building was surrounded by brick fortifications.The manor house consists of a four-story building with a central courtyard and corner towers. Horné Lefantovce

The manor house was surrounded by a moat and on the north side there was a bastion, which was later rebuilt into a chapel. The building was then rebuilt and acquired a three-winged shape with a U-type floor plan.At present, the building houses the Municipal Office, post office and inn.

Horné Trhovište

The mansion has a one-lane layout and is an exemplary example of smaller fortifications. It is represented by a small castle with a regular quadrangular floor plan with sides about 52 m long and corner, slightly extended towers. According to research, the fortress on the side of the hill in the past was separated by a wide moat. Under the mansion there are underground corridors leading out to several directions. However, these are largely overwhelmed.One wing of an early gothic building from the 15th century was saved, but the rest of the mansion is dilapidating.

Lukáčovce mansion

The oldest core of the castle consisted of an approximately triangular courtyard defined on two sides by walls. Over the centuries, other residential and farm buildings were added to the walls. A tower palace was also built, which was transformed into a castle church of St. Ignatius. Another tower palace was built at the end of the Middle Ages from the outside of the inner castle. Its remains are located on the western corner of the southern barrier.Openings of windows and entrances have kept stone frames in several places. The architecture of the chapel is clearly readable by dividing the walls with double pilasters and profiled cornices that once carried the vault of space.
