Wojnowice are mentioned in sources from the thirteenth century, in the fifteenth century there existed defense establishment bourgeois families of Wroclaw. At the beginning of the sixteenth century the property was in the hands of the family Schebitzów and shortly afterwards in 1513 Schebitz Nicholas ascended the northern wing of the castle. After 1530 years there have been here a four-assumption. Built of brick castle has a plan similar to that of a square with sides of 22x24 meters, the entry was placed in the north wing and the whole was surrounded by walls placed directly on the moat by a drawbridge over. The courtyard was well placed. 
In 1537 years the good wojnowickie became the property Boner, who ruled them for 1576 years. In 1560 James Boner during the reconstruction gave the castle Renaissance character. Construction gained then made ​​of sandstone window frames and portal gate, roofs crowned with stepped gables and arches erected in the courtyard. At the gate stands the slender square tower. In this form, the castle has survived to the present, the reconstruction carried out in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries has not changed its appearance. As a result of the reconstruction of the nineteenth century, the drawbridge was replaced by a brick arcade. 
During the Second World War the castle was damaged. Then he was used as the seat of the Association of Art Historians, which in the seventies and eighties of the last century odremontowało it.

Medieval town Uraz already existed in the thirteenth century. Shortly after 1319, when it belonged to Andreas Radak was in its place built of bricks castle of an equilateral triangle plan with slightly bent sides. Originally the building had two floors, both were in the same room with ribbed vault supported on a central pole. The castle was surrounded by a moat preserved in large parts of the day. 
In 1344, in the castle were established margrave Hancko von Auras, and from 1428 to 1443 belonged to the family Czirnów. In 1466 as a result of giving the King of Bohemia castle became the property of the Knights Christoph von Skopp. Probably in his time, the castle was expanded, the main building was increased by two levels. It is possible that during this reconstruction southeast of the castle erected a new building, and between it and the existing courtyard was made closed two sections of the curtain wall. 
In the mid-sixteenth century, and in 1630 was made reconstructions, when one of them from the north to the Gothic building dostawiono additional tract of two towers at the corners. The whole project was given baroque features. 
In 1810 he demolished part of the south-east of the fifteenth century and the perimeter walls. During the nineteenth century the castle was rebuilt in neo-Gothic style obliterating all previous design elements of the building. During the remodeling also eliminated one of the corner towers. 
In the interwar period the castle was already run down, and finally the Second World War was burned. The remains of the walls have been secured as a permanent ruin.

Castle in Uraz

Bearded Henry had here in the thirteenth century established, it was a city located in the marshy area on Bystrica. After 1290 years take over Wroclaw city burghers. In the first half of the fifteenth century, probably on the site of the castle was built just a stone castle. Between 1520 and 1550 the expansion was converted into a residence in the Renaissance style. Fortified wall with bastions at the beginning of the seventeenth century. At the mansion was rebuilt again in the first half of the eighteenth century, this time in the Baroque style. The design of this reconstruction was created by Krzysztof Hackner. Traces of the original Gothic assumptions, however, are preserved in the walls of the palace. Today it houses the cultural center.

Castle in Lesnice

There is a residential tower built over the river Ślęza in the fourteenth or fifteenth century. Originally had two floors, in the sixteenth century the third, which is crowned with an attic. In the second decade of the seventeenth century, the tower has been added on the south side residential wing and his contact with the original building erected in the square staircase turret. 
Another reconstruction took place in the eighteenth century, a northern wing then, in the nineteenth century, the oldest building team raised an additional fourth floor. 
In 1977, he was cut eighteenth-century northern wing, now the building is neglected, but outside of the north wing - entirely preserved.

Tower of Ślęza
