The original castle was built as a wooden approximately 1234 years by Herman von Balka national champion. Since the inception of the castle was the seat of the convent. Reconstruction of the castle of wood on a brick started at the beginning of the fourteenth century and cover the stage from 1305 years to 1330 years. 
On 23.IX.1410 the castle was conquered and destroyed by returning from Malbork Polish army. Wladyslaw Jagiello cast in the Polish-Czech crew, and the first commander was Jasko Falcon with Lamberku in the Czech Republic. After leaving the occupied territories by the King of the Knights quickly regained the castles. The outbreak of war caused a 13-year occupation of the castle by the army of the Prussian Union. 
1466 (II Room Toruń) until 1772, the castle was the seat of the royal governors. In 1481 years there has been a restoration of Radzyń castle. The seventeenth century brought the Swedish wars that have turned many Polish castles in ashes, this was also Radzyn. After 1772, the castle was partially demolished and on the resulting bricks were erected in the town houses and town hall. In 1837, demolition was halted. 
In 1839 the castle was carried out first safety work. Radzyniu Castle is located on the isthmus of two lakes. It was built of brick on a square plan. It consisted of a four-storey wings connected with each other at the corners four towers with a height of 36 meters, the courtyard was a well. The western wing of the exit to the moat was placed tower toilet (Danske). In the north-west part of the courtyard was a octagonal tower signaling and defense. The entrance to the main castle led by a drawbridge and gate in the southern wing preceded by two przedzamczami.

Castle in Radzyniu Chełmiński

Nowe Castle (Polish: Zamek w Nowem) - a castle located on the bank of the River Vistula by the Castle Square.

The castle was constructed in the second half of the fourteenth century, by the Teutonic Order for the Pomeranian Castellans. The castle is located by the north-eastern part of Nowe. After 1465, the castle housed the residence of the Starosta of the House of Nowskiscy, the castle was largely destroyed by the Swedes during the Deluge. After the First Partition of Poland in 1787, Prussian authorities partially deconstructed the castle, but kept the main wing which was converted into an Evangelical Protestant Church. In the next century the castle was used as a warehouse and fire station. In the 1970s, the castle was renovated, the works finished in the year of 1992. Currently, the castle houses the Castle Centre of Culture (Centrum Kultury "Zamek").

Nowe Castle

The street of Gdansk are the ruins of the castle of the bishop.
