In place of the river Rega where he became city in the thirteenth century Dobiesław built brick castle. Originally it was a tower surrounded by a wall and a moat, and later expanded. In 1465 it was destroyed by the townspeople Kołobrzeg. Rebuilt twice - first in the mid-sixteenth century by the then owners Ostenów, later in the eighteenth century converted into a residence. During the Second World War did not avoid the destruction, but in the years 1957-1963 it was rebuilt. Preserved rooms and parts of the walls of the original assumptions.
