The Palace is located in the center of a very large village, extending along the river Nysa Klodzka, called Gorzanów. Historical Line: near the place where once stood a medieval castle. The then owners of this part of the village established about 1573 a large stone castle with an inner courtyard, probably in the Renaissance style. The new owner, H. F. von Herberstein made in the years 1653-1657 a thorough reconstruction of the palace into a baroque castle. In this project participated Italian architects under the direction of an Italian structural contractor Carl Lurago. Here worked such plasterers: D.Rossi and A. Galli, such sculptors as: Serena C., and B. Spinetti and other Italian artists. More fame was brought into the Herberstein mansion by a palace theater (courtly), founded by Count Hieronymus von Herberstein in the early nineteenth century. It worked constantly for 8 months (from September to May), giving 3 performances a week. The repertoire of the theater was extremely rich and obliging as it included the plays of Shakespeare, Goethe, Schiller, musical plays and dramas and sometimes even small opera. Sources in Gorzanów have been used for various purposes for ages, particularly in consumer purposes.

Zamek Leśna – zamek w Sudetach Środkowych w południowej części Gór Stołowych w pobliżu wzniesienia Szczytnik w województwie dolnośląskim.

Zamek został wkomponowany w skały na krawędzi skalnej nad Szczytną, na Szczytniku (589 m n.p.m.), najwyższej kulminacji niewielkiego płaskiego stoliwa, stanowiącego południowo-wschodni skraj Gór Stołowych, i podciętego malowniczymi urwiskami skalnymi z Orlimi Skałkami od strony południowo-zachodniej. Przy zamku znajduje się punkt widokowy, skąd roztacza się panorama na Obniżenie Dusznickie, gdzie położona jest Szczytna. W pobliżu zamku znajduje się kamienna droga krzyżowa wyróżniająca się oryginalnymi płaskorzeźbami z piaskowca osadzonymi w naturalnych skałach.

Data powstania zamku to lata 1831–1837, kiedy właściciel Szczytnej, major i hrabia Leopold von Hochberg wybudował swoją rezydencję niedaleko miejsca, w którym pod koniec XVIII w. Prusacy wybudowali Fort na Szczytniku, niewielki fort, częściowo rozebrany w 1807 roku[1]. Zamek w obecnym kształcie stoi od niedawna. Zachodnia, najstarsza jego część zbudowana była w latach 30. XIX wieku. Niekiedy bezpodstawnie przypisuje się projekt obiektu wybitnemu pruskiemu architektowi Karolowi Fryderykowi Schinklowi. Budowla została wzniesiona jako rezydencja magnacka.

Po śmierci hrabiego w 1843 zamek stał się własnością jego siostry, która jednak szybko go sprzedała. Później posiadacze zmieniali się często, aż w 1860 kupili go bracia Rohrbachowie, właściciele huty szkła w Batorowie. Córka jednego z nich, Helena Klein wraz z mężem przeprowadziła remont, podczas którego dobudowano kaplicę.

Następnie właścicielami byli Misjonarze Świętej Rodziny. Rozbudowali oni zamek i kaplicę oraz rozpoczęli budowę Kalwarii, której nie dokończyli ze względu na wojnę. W latach 50. zamek został przejęty przez państwo i zamieniony w dom pomocy społecznej dla niepełnosprawnych intelektualnie mężczyzn. W 2006 orzeczeniem Komisji Majątkowej przy MSWiA oddano zamek Domowi Zakonnemu Misjonarzy Świętej Rodziny. Decyzja Komisji została zaskarżona przez powiat kłodzki na drodze postępowania sądowego. W 2007 powstało Bractwo Rycerskie Matki Bożej Królowej Pokoju w Szczytnej.

Zamek reprezentuje styl neogotycki, zbudowany na wzór średniowiecznego zamku obronnego. Jest to czworoboczna, trzykondygnacyjna budowla zbudowana na planie prostokąta z czterema narożnymi wieżami. Posiada jedną wieżę w kształcie cylindra pozostałe są – czworoboczne. Zamek otacza sucha fosa oraz mur obronny, na którym w przeszłości stały armaty. We wnętrzu znajduje się sala rycerska, oraz kaplica MB Królowej Pokoju z unikalnym zabytkiem, jakim są rury wykonane ze stopu spiżowego, pełniącymi rolę dzwonka. Chociaż zamek wiernie odzwierciedla budowlę o średniowiecznej architekturze, to jednak wybudowany został niedawno, bo w latach 30. XIX wieku.

Castle Lesna Skala

Palace in Bożków - a historic 16th century palace built by von Magnis in the village Bożków in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.

From about 1520, the estate in Bożków was owned by the von Raueck family. After the Czech-Palatinate war, the estate was confiscated and given to the emperor's physician Caspar Jäschke von Eisenhut [1]. Then it passed into the hands of the Jesuits, who bought it from Johann Georg von Götzen, who built the castle and greatly contributed to the construction of the church in its present form. After the childless death of the last male descendant of this family, Count Johann von Götzen, the estate passed in 1780 to the son of one of his sisters Count Antony Alexander von Magnis [1].
The palace in its present shape was built between 1787 and 1791 with the reconstruction of an earlier building from the foundation of Alexander von Magnis [2]. On the northern side in 1800, a park with artificial ruins with tombstone plates and shields dating from the 16th and 17th centuries and a forester's lodge was founded. In 1813 a lookout tower was built on Grodziszcze Mountain.
The last reconstruction of the castle occurred after his great fire in 1870 by Count William von Magnis [1]. In 1871, the palace was rebuilt. In 1930 the facade was rebuilt into a classicist [2]. After 1945 the palace became the property of the State Treasury (and since 1999 the Starostwa) and for many years housed a school in it. In 1973 the palace was refurbished, and in the years 1975-1979 conservation treatments were carried out in the first floor rooms [1]. At the end of the twentieth century, the object fell into ruin [3]. In 2005 the starosta Klodzki sold the castle to Fenelon Group for PLN 2.5m. In 2010 it was bought by an investor from Sobótka [4]. In 2016 the palace was made available for sightseeing [5].

Among the guests who visited the palace in Bożków were, among others. John Quincy Adams [1], later US president and Prussian kings Frederick William III Hohenzollern with his wife Luisa and Friedrich Wilhelm IV Hohenzollern.

By decision of the Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments of 14 May 1981 the object was entered in the register of monuments [6].

It is now a Baroque-Classicist residence with a mighty tower on the north-east side and a second tower, smaller on the north-west side. The foundation has three storeys and is built on a circular section in a multi-pattern system [2]. The building has internal skylights and several gable roofs with loacs and facades. In the central part of the main wing, the walls of the Baroque foundation have been preserved [2]. At present, the palace interiors are severely destroyed and devastated [3].
Next to the palace is a late Baroque garden pavilion dating back to around 1800, covered with a mansard roof [2].

Palace in Bożkow

The original castle was built here on the site of an earlier castle in 1370. Was the seat of a knightly family Glaubitzów and was destroyed during the Hussite wars. In the years 1580-1590 the family Tschirnhaus erected on the site of the castle Renaissance mansion, perhaps by using fragments of medieval, and certainly joining a partly preserved tower of the original castle. For two wings were built in the years 1614-1622 the next two - the south and east. In the seventeenth century, damaged twice - first during the Thirty Years' War, and later as a result of fire in the town. 
In the years 1686-1695 the mansion was enlarged by a new part of the Baroque Italian architect Jacobo Carova. Building was enlarged with new two wings and closing the newly created courtyard wall. In the nineteenth century, the building was restored, in 1945 has been slightly damaged. In 1974, the mansion again touched the fire. 
The whole assumption is made up of two parts: the older - Renaissance, a polygonal tower, grouped around a small courtyard, and later Baroque - double-leaf, with interiors covered with barrel vaults and decorated with stucco decoration. With the Renaissance came the gate of artistically made ​​portal and fragments of sgraffito decoration on the external elevations.

Castle Miedzylesiu

Sarny Castle is a 16th-century palace compound in Sarny, Ścinawka Górna, the administrative district of Gmina Radków, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.

The palace is one of the largest historic residences of Lower Silesia, with the main building dating back to 1590. It was expanded several times, most notably in the 18th century when a chapel dedicated to John of Nepomuk was added to the main building, featuring a magnificent polychrome decoration. A summer palace was also redeveloped in the 18th century. The compound features a total of 15 buildings.

A park was created in the 18th century, redeveloped in the late 19th century by famous Prussian landscape gardener Eduard Petzold.

Originally built for the Reichenbach family, the palace was a property of the Counts Götzen between the 17th and the 19th century. Sold in the late 19th century to a wealthy merchant, the palace gradually began falling into disrepair. The last German owner was Prof. Franz Poppler.

After World War II because of the decisions made during the Yalta Conference, the Kłodzko Land was transferred from Germany to Poland and Scharfeneck was renamed Sarny. The palace compound was first occupied by the Red Army to later be nationalized in communist Poland and turned into a collective farm. After communism collapsed in 1989, the property remained in the state's hands, largely abandoned and falling into deeper ruin.

In late 2013, it was sold to private individuals who established a charitable trust running Sarny Castle. In the first year of operation, a collapsed roof over a 17th-century granary was replaced with a new structure.

In May 2017, a visitor center and cafe opened in the castle's gatehouse after more than three years of refurbishment, also making the chapel available to tourists on a daily basis.
