The 11th Century “Castell de Burriac” is a small medieval castle with fantastic views of the Maresme Coast, Montseny and Barcelona. The castle is located at the top of Burriac hill at an altitude of 401m. The only way to get there is on foot or by mountain bike. The itinerary to reach to Burriac castlle  includes two of several ascents to do in Castle Burriac, in this case from Argentona and Cabrera.
The real name of the castle that rises above the turó (Hill) Burriac is Castell de Sant Vicenç, in honor of the medieval chapel dedicated to St. Vincent, which is one of the first buildings in the area. Burriac name not documented until the fourteenth century, in the year 1313. The castle was built on a former defense tower.
A highly recommended place to hike, watch good views, picnic or stroll animals is a way of affordable difficulty, and can be performed even with children.

The Castle of Santa Florentina (Spanish: Castillo de Santa Florentina) is an 11th-century medieval castle in Canet de Mar, Catalonia, Spain.
It was built on the foundations of an Ancient Roman villa by Guadimir de Canet (born 1024). In the 16th century, it passed into the hands of Dimas Muntaner. In 1908, it hosted King Alfonso XIII, who made the castle's owner Ramon de Montaner i Vila count of Canet. In 1910, the castle was expanded and renovated by the modernist architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner, and its facade acquired some gargoyles by the sculptor Carles Flotats i Galtés. The magazine Architectural Digest covered the castle as among the "most beautiful houses in the world" in 1998 on account of its harmonious fusion of Gothic and Modernist designs.
The castle is listed as a cultural heritage monument (Bien de Interés Cultural), no. RI-51-0005232. It is private property and hosts a museum that can be visited by appointment, as well as a yearly festival of classical music. Among the museum's collections are many works by Catalan artists dating back to the early 20th century. In 2015, the castle was selected as a setting for the sixth season of the fantasy television series Game of Thrones.

El Clascar, also known as Bertí castle, is a dilapidated building in the town of Sant Quirze Safaja belonging to the rural town of Bertí.
Located at the top of the Bertí cliffs, near noon and the church of Sant Pere de Bertí, about 650 metres to the south.
Its an ancient domus or strong house, documented in 987. It became farmhouse in the XIV century when Guillem del Clascar is mentioned under the control of the Centelles family. In the XVI century it was owned by Bell-lloc family. In the early XX century had a major restoration in a fantasy style with gothic, romanesque and arabic, betwwn real and imitation, such the crown-shaped battlements and circular tower of the north wind edge.
At 1949 was listed as a Cultural Asset of National Interest, because its origin is related to a medieval castle.

El Clascar

El castillo de Tagamanent es un castillo de origen medieval que se encuentra en la localidad de Tagamanent, en la comarca del Vallés Oriental, provincia de Barcelona, situada en la comunidad autónoma de Cataluña, en España.
Situación
El castillo está situado en el pico de Tagamanent, junto a la iglesia de la localidad.
Historia
Se han encontrado restos que confirman que hubo asentamientos ibéricos en el enclave del castillo.
El castillo fue documentado por los cronistas medievales por primera vez en el año 945, y marcaba el límite del condado de Osona y de su arzobispado del cual siempre formó parte. El emblema de Tagamanent es el losanjado de oro y de sable son las armas de los Tagamanent, señores del castillo del pueblo desde el 1082. Se sabe que los Condes de Barcelona alrededor del año 1009 disponían de una habitación-residencia en el castillo.
El castillo era un centro de vigilancia del Valle del Congost, ruta que unía el Vallés y Osona; en el siglo XV el castillo pasó por casamiento a la familia Montbui y después a los Rocaberti, vizcondes de Rocabertí-Perelada aunque con juristicción real desde el siglo XVI
