The ruins of the hunting chateau stand in the middle of a former French park. It was commissioned by the owner of the Chroustovice estate Filip Kinsky. In 1823, Karel Alexander Thurn - Taxis acquired it and left it to fall into disrepair.

An original Renaissance chateau residence erected on the site of a dilapidated fortress. The building first underwent Baroque reconstruction by František Karel Libštein of Kolovraty in 1663, and was subsequently rebuilt in Rococo style by the Kinský family in 1779. The chateau burned down twice: first in 1861, after which it was repaired to serve as a branch of the tuberculosis sanatorium in Košumberk, and a second time in 1947.Today the grounds of the chateau serve as a technical school.

Chroustovice Chateau

The chateau building was built after 1705 as a villa for the Premostrates from Hradisko near Olomouc. The layout of the ground floor with barrel and monasteial vaulted ceilings has remained conserved. On the first floor, the mirrored vaulted ceiling remains from the original furnishings. After the monastery was terminated in 1784, the chateau was transferred into private hands.

Hrochův Týnec Chateau

Following the Thirty Years War the Renaissance chateau served as the summer residence of the Hradec Králové bishops. The adapted chateau courtyard and the museum concert hall (the former chateau chapel with original paintings) serve for concert performances. The Roman Hall and Chinese Room with paintings by Antonín Machek in the Town Office are used for weddings and ceremonial occasions. The chateau includes gardens that were changed into a park in 1903 by architect Thomayer of Prague. Preserved today are the original roses, rare trees such as tulip-tree, yellow cedar, and others. Beyond the park walls is a linden alley, at the end of which stands the Chapel of St. John Nepomuk. The Town Museum with a gallery and exhibition spaces is housed in three wings of the chateau.

Chrast Chateau

The castle is first mentioned in 1318 and following a fire in 1573 was rebuilt in the Renaissance style. In the second half of the 16th century a Czech Brotherhood school was founded at Košumberk to educate young Protestant nobles (later including, among others, the famous warrior Albrecht of Waldstein). In 1684 Košumberk passed into the ownership of the Jesuit college in Hradec Králové, which established its residence next to the pilgrimage church. After the abolishment of the Jesuit Order the domain was administered by the church foundation; in 1826 it passed into the ownership of the Thurn-Taxis family. Today the structure is owned by the town of Luže.

Košumberk Castle

The Renaissance chateau with ground floor arcade in the courtyard was built in the second half of the 16th century. In 1829 the chateau burned and restorations were conducted in the Classicist style. In 1849-1850 the east wing of the chateau was reconstructed into the pseudo-Gothic Chapel of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, which forms the entrance area to the chateau.

Choceň Chateau

An original fortress, likely from the 15th century, that was burned by the army of Matthias Corvinus in 1469. Reconstructed and expanded into a chateau in the first half of the 17th century. Currently houses the State Regional Archive.

Zámrsk Chateau

Renaissance chateau apparently built by Jan Hylebrant of Ryzmburk on the site of the old fortress from 1589 with high scutcheons and a facade ornate with graphite. Arcades with crossed vaulted ceilings on the first floor. In 1694-1924 it was in the property of the Sternberk family. Now it is in private ownership and functional use. Remains were found of the settlement of another so-called Silesian-platenic ash culture.

Koldín Chateau

Kunětická Hora Castle (in Czech Kunětický hrad) is a castle in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. The castle lies on Kunětice Mountain (Kunětická Hora), about 6 km from the city of Pardubice.
The castle played an important role during the Hussite Wars of the early 15th century, during which it was a fortress of Diviš Bořek of Miletinek (Diviš Bořek z Miletínka). In 1491 it was bought by Vilém of Pernštejn (Vilém z Pernštejna), who ordered the castle rebuilt in the late Gothic style, with two towers and a moat. The construction was continued by Vilém's sons in the early Renaissance style. During the Thirty Years' War, in the early 17th century, the castle was besieged several times; at the end of the war Swedish troops burned it to the ground.
The castle remained a ruin until the early 20th century, when the Pardubice Museum Society was formed. The group purchased the site in 1919 and began reconstruction in 1923, according to the plans of architect Dušan Jurkovič. The rebuilding was completed in 1996.
Today the castle is open to the public as a museum. On display are surviving murals, including a 1523 work depicting Samson and Delilah, the oldest known Renaissance mural in Bohemia. The castle also hosts occasional music or theatrical performances. The mountain and castle form a popular weekend destination for people living nearby.

Kunětická Hora Castle

The interiors received their present appearance at the turn of 19th and 20th centuries, when inhabited by Prince Franz Joseph of Ausperg´s family. Open to visitors are private rooms and those used for social functions, as well as production and service premises. A separate tour will take them through the hippological exposition, as the owners were passionate horse breeders. The adjoining stud farm is still in operation. The chateau English park boasts many rare trees and shrubs.

Slatiňany Chateau

Reference is made in the founding document to the Chrudim castle and to Old Chrudim. The sovereign required the newly founded town to be fortified with walls and moats. Only traces of the castle are in evidence today: a bearded head with a wide-brimmed hat, a bishop's head wearing a ceremonial cap, a gargoyle's head, and two shields can be seen on the outside.
The so-called Zizka's tower formed part of the castle and town defenses. The tower was razed in 1846, needlessly, without research or documentation. It was a two-story structure with a shingle roof; accessible by ladder; its ground floor walls were 2.25 meters wide.
The tower Hlaska, a tall, square tower with a turret bearing the town emblem, formed another part of the castle's original fortification. In its day it provide living quarters for the town's crier or trumpeter. The tower collapsed in 1717 and has not been rebuilt. Three gates guarded entry to the walled inner town.
